By creating an account and using PackTrack PT, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What PackTrack PT provides

PackTrack PT is a web application that helps personal trainers track client session packages and renewal alerts. We provide the software as-is and make no guarantees about specific business outcomes.

Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not share your account with others.
• You may not use the service for illegal purposes.

Payment and refunds

• PackTrack PT is sold as a one-time lifetime payment of €29 (early access price).
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email us within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Your data

• You own all data you enter into PackTrack PT.
• We do not claim ownership of your client data, session logs, or any other content you create.
• You can export or delete your data at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the service.
• Use the service to store illegal content.
• Resell or redistribute access to the service.

Service availability

We aim for maximum uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

Limitation of liability

PackTrack PT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
